Boyko will make over the Gas
main pipeline to Russia
The political
crisis in Ukraine really made Russians to worry. Having understood that the
pre-term elections in Ukraine are indivertible, they decided to ensure their
interests in the energy sphere under the every authority. Taking an opportunity
that at the present attention of Ukrainians is compelled to the crisis, the
representatives of the Kremlin have begun to embody what had not been succeed to
bring to an end once - to subordinate themselves the Ukrainian energy system.
The document which will ratify these “agreements” is being prepared for signing
on the 10 of June. The Minister of fuel and energetics Yuriy Boyko should
personally put an autograph on this document. The document is
interesting first of all because it is named a “protocol” though it concerns the
questions which are extremely important for Ukraine – in particular the
agreements about the supply of gas till 2030 year. Instead of giving it a status of
Intergovernmental covenant between two countries this document was modestly
named a “protocol”.
Forwards is the most
interesting. By a common protocol are
solved the questions which are the
foundation of national power security of Ukraine – Russian Federation is given a
possibility to use the main Ukrainian gas pipelines in full, change the tariffs
every year and also “to take a common part in new
projects”… The question is: what is the
